A fantastic choice for families and young athletes taking their first steps into running events. Starting at Apex Park, Mona Vale Beach, you’ll run alongside participants of the 14km and 6km courses, creating an exciting and supportive atmosphere.
Though it’s the shortest of our three distances, this course still offers stunning views of Mona Vale Beach, the Headland, and the thrilling challenge of Barrenjoey Road hill.
The race finishes at Newport Beach, where a family-friendly festival awaits, featuring live music, kids’ entertainment, and a variety of food stalls.

- 9:30 AM – Orange Start Group begins (other groups follow in waves a few minutes apart)
