Starting at Rat Park in Warriewood and finishing at Newport Beach, this scenic 6km course showcases the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney.
This is a fantastic mix of fun and fitness starting at Rat Park in Warriewood where you join the 14km runners while heading up to Turimetta Headland. You will enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you run past Turimetta and Warriewood beaches, cross the Mona Vale Golf Course and join the 3km runners who start at Mona Vale Beach. In the last kilometres you tackle the challenging Barrenjoey Road hill. The race finishes at Newport Beach, where a family-friendly festival awaits, featuring live music, kids’ entertainment, and a variety of food stalls.

- 8:45 AM – Warm-up session led by our warm-up partner
- 9:00 AM – Orange Start Group begins (other groups follow in waves a few minutes apart)
