Your race pack will contain your race bib with a disposable timing tag attached. You will need to have this pinned to the front of your shirt prior to starting the event.
Postage is available as an optional extra for participants to select during their registration at a cost of $6.95 including GST (per participant).
Please note, this option is available for participants who register before Wednesday 6 August 2025. Participants who register after this date will need to collect their race bib from “Race Pack Collection”.
We do not post to international addresses.
To check if you have selected postage or to add postage to your registration, please visit your Dashboard (via Race Roster). Postage of race bibs will commence approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
As your race pack is individually allocated, unfortunately the postage fee is per participant and race packs cannot be sent together.
Teams: For teams of more than 15 participants, please contact us to organise race pack postage to 1 address or combined collection.

Friday 22nd August: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On the spot registration is also available at race pack collection.
Please be sure to bring a copy of your eTicket to make the collection process as quick as possible.
If you are unable to collect your pack in person, a friend or family member can collect your race pack on your behalf if they bring a copy of your eTicket.
If you pick up race packs for a team of more than 15 people, please contact us beforehand so we can prepare pick-up for your team.
We highly recommend that you collect your race pack at the nominated times above. If you are unable to collect your race pack prior to the event, collections will be available from your start B2B HQ area on event day. On the day each B2B HQ will open approximately 90 minutes before your start time and is located near the start of your run. Each start has their own B2B HQ. You need to collect your bib at your own start. Please leave enough time to collect prior to your nominated start time.

If your race bib and/or timing chip is lost or damaged, you can purchase a replacement from race pack collection or at B2B HQ for a fee of $20.
